Once you arrive at the Emeryville Station, you’ll transfer to Amtrak Thruway Bus Route 99, which will take you directly to San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf at Pier 39. The bus stop (SFW) is located at Beach Street and The Embarcadero. The entrance to Blue & Gold Fleet's Bay Cruise Adventure is just a short walk along The Embarcadero at Pier 41.
