The Corning stop is in the Transportation Center, 1081 Solano Street at Third Streets across the street from City Hall (zip = 96201). It is used by Amtrak Motor Coach connections linking Amtrak California's San Joaquin Trains in Stockton and Capitol Corridor Trains in Sacramento to Northern Sacramento Valley communities including Redding and Red Bluff. These buses are not for local use, but only as connections to or from Amtrak trains.

Corning is not staffed by Amtrak. Neither tickets, baggage, nor package express shipments are handled at this location. The nearest station offering those services is Davis. Tickets may be purchased from an Amtrak travel agent, over the telephone from Amtrak at 1-800-USA-RAIL (1-800-872-7245) or over the internet from Amtrak's home page, http://tickets.amtrak.com.

At the Transportation Center there is a Greyhound ticket office with baggage storage and a waiting room. Greyhound service at Corning operates to Redding, Sacramento, Oakland and San Francisco. From those points, other Greyhound routes link to other parts of the State and the nation.

There is a small cafe located within the station.

Neither the Greyhound nor the cafe staff should be expected to know about specific Amtrak Motor Coach arrivals and departures. Phone 1-800-USA-RAIL for that information.

In addition, Tehama Rural Area Express (TRAX) buses serve the station, downtown Corning, and Red Bluff.
